A hotel development located at Jervois Street, Sheung Wan. The whole development contains around 300 guest rooms and with a total of 39 floors.

The project has successfully obtained LEED Platinum Level, which is the first New Building, the first High-Rise Building and the first Hotel to achieve such accreditation in Hong Kong. Moreover, it is also the first project in HK to achieve Green Mark Platinum & BEAM Plus Platinum. Until now, there is no other building in the world could achieve 3 Platinum at the same time.
